Job Summary
As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in the company’s technical operations by supporting the design, maintenance, and improvement of electrical systems across workshops, facilities, and project locations. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve electrical maintenance procedures and diagnostic methods
- Identify recurring failures and recommend engineering solutions
- Design and size electrical installations, wiring systems, controls, and power distribution systems
- Evaluate and optimize power supply systems including generators, hybrid systems, and renewable energy sources
- Prepare electrical estimates, Bills of Quantities, and technical evaluations
- Support tenders, project mobilization, and major site installations
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and electrical regulations
- Maintain technical documentation and inspection checklists
- Provide technical guidance to engineers, managers, and technicians
- Support training and competency development within teams
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- 5 to 8 years of practical experience in heavy equipment environments, industrial sites, or power systems
- Ability to supervise electrical work carried out by internal teams or subcontractors
- Ability to contribute to tenders, cost estimates, and feasibility assessments
- Experience coordinating projects during installation, testing, and commissioning phases
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with managers, engineers, and partners
- Ability to work effectively in teams and support the development of colleagues
- Solid English language skills at B2 or C1 level
