Job Summary
The Business Manager – Public Sector Directorate role involves managing client relationships, supporting customer retention strategies, and promoting banking products to public sector clients while ensuring compliance with internal information security policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client retention strategies by delivering quality customer service
- Serve as the primary daily service contact for clients
- Conduct account reviews to monitor customer needs and usage patterns
- Maintain and update customer data and information
- Initiate development of products to meet customer needs
- Market banking products to customers
- Ensure effective service delivery and maintenance of existing customer relationships
- Carry out additional duties assigned by the Business Manager
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all entrusted information in line with the bank’s Information Security policies
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any discipline with at least Upper Credit for HND or Second Class Lower for B.Sc.
- MBA, ACCA, or other postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum of six years relevant banking experience in marketing or business development
