The company designs, develops, supports, and promotes software and ICT applications using integrated technology solutions to help clients improve performance and achieve long-term objectives.

Primeguage Solutions Limited is recruiting a Business Analyst to support the delivery of software solutions across client projects. The role involves serving as a link between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business needs into actionable requirements throughout the software development life cycle.

• Facilitate delivery of assigned projects on time, within budget and scope
• Understand business processes and apply analytical skills to support improvements
• Work across departments to resolve issues and implement process changes
• Research, develop, communicate, and implement new products, programs, processes, and projects
• Define, document, and communicate business requirements to stakeholders
• Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, document analysis, site visits, use cases, and workflow analysis
• Support engagement meetings with Operations, Sales and Marketing, and Corporate Services teams
• Prepare feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and proposals for approval
• Support management of ongoing IT projects and administrative needs
• Develop training materials and train end users where required
• Monitor user adoption and recommend improvements
• Support planning, scheduling, and monitoring of IT project timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables
• Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate post project evaluations and review recommendations
• Provide weekly status reports to Senior Business Analysts
• Define and maintain configuration specifications and business analysis documentation
• Build and manage relationships with partners to improve integrations
• Report technical issues and provide recommendations to the product team
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 3 to 5 years experience in IT Business or Quality Analysis
• Experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
• Experience in data analysis and data visualization tools
• Ability to write SQL queries
• Basic knowledge of process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
