Job Summary

The Brand Manager will oversee the overall operation of the ECOLION POWER brand in Nigeria. The role involves developing localized brand strategies, driving promotional activities, and enhancing brand visibility within the new energy sector. The position also requires market analysis, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and alignment between headquarters and the Nigerian branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall operation of the ECOLION POWER brand in the Nigerian market
  • Develop localized brand strategies and promotion plans to strengthen brand influence
  • Gain insights into local market conditions and policies and align communication strategies with product offerings
  • Coordinate brand promotion through social media, exhibitions, and other channels
  • Standardize brand visual identity for local adaptation
  • Collect and analyze market data to improve brand strategies
  • Build local partnerships and manage collaboration between headquarters and branch office
  • Lead the team where applicable to achieve assigned goals

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Must be a Nigerian citizen with a Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, with preference for experience in the new energy industry
  • Familiarity with the local business environment and industry trends
  • Strong brand operation skills with a record of successful local brand execution preferred
  • Fluency in English, with additional local language skills considered an advantage
  • Strong cross cultural communication skills
  • Strong market insight, analytical ability, and innovative thinking
  • Ability to adapt strategies quickly in response to market changes
  • Strong team management and project coordination skills
  • Ability to integrate resources effectively and work towards defined goals
  • Experience with local promotion channels, including offline events and media collaboration
  • Knowledge of local new energy policies and industry connections is an advantage
