Associate Financial Analyst at Primeguage Solutions Limited

The company designs, develops, supports, and promotes software and ICT applications using integrated technology solutions to improve business performance.

The Associate Financial Analyst will be part of the Strategic Growth Team and will provide financial analysis and support to enable data-driven decision-making. The role involves analyzing financial data, identifying trends, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and collaborating with multiple departments to monitor financial performance and evaluate opportunities. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly.

• Gather, organize, and review financial data to support preparation of accurate financial reports
• Compare actual performance against historical, budgeted, and forecasted figures and prepare management summaries
• Consolidate financial data and prepare reports and dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools
• Provide research and administrative support to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Track KPIs and maintain updated performance reports
• Compile monthly financial and performance reports including variance analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles by coordinating data and departmental inputs
• Analyze financial trends and variances under senior guidance and assist in drafting recommendations
• Monitor relevant investment and compliance regulations and maintain documentation
• Support development and updating of financial models and tools
• Gather competitor financial data and prepare comparative analyses
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or related areas
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and financial modeling
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to accuracy and detail
