• Support executive search assignments for senior management and leadership roles
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis
• Assess and shortlist candidates using structured evaluation methods
• Assist in developing client briefs, role definitions, and interview preparation
• Prepare written materials including candidate reports and market insight reports
• Participate in board level and advisory focused engagements
• Support activities designed to build experience toward senior advisory and search responsibilities

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 to 3 years experience in consulting, professional services, human resources, research, or recruitment
• Knowledge of financial services, banking, insurance, or investment sectors
• Strong analytical and interpretation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in organizational leadership and decision making processes
• Professional confidence when engaging senior stakeholders
• Interest in leadership, organizational strategy, and talent advisory
• Previous executive search experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Willingness to develop expertise and professional discipline
