The Artificial Lift Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers. The role involves identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, implementing standard work practices, and managing risks during service delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare Artificial Lift equipment and tools
  • Participate in pre job readiness activities including CWOP, site visits, and job briefs
  • Supervise field installation of Artificial Lift equipment
  • Set up and commission Variable Speed Drives (VSD)
  • Troubleshoot and repair surface equipment
  • Capture field data accurately and ensure job deliverables are completed on time
  • Provide on the job training for team members
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through CAT implementation, self assessments, and wellsite inspections
  • Participate in service quality reviews with stakeholders and improve performance through action plans
  • Observe and follow HSE policies and quality initiatives
  • Maintain required safety and technical training

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in a Technical, Engineering, or related field
  • 5 to 10 years experience in Artificial Lift operations including field installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ESPs, ESPCPs, HPS, and VSDs
  • Experience providing innovative and adaptive technical solutions and customer support
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Strong communication skills and team player mindset
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic and changing work environment
