MTN Nigeria is recruiting for the position of Account Partner, SME Sales (Lagos Island Badagry) under the Enterprise Business division. The role involves providing account management support for enterprise solutions sales strategies and managing enterprise sales activities for assigned corporate accounts to meet revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Identify new clients and create additional business opportunities from existing clients to increase revenue
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to bill delivery
• Prepare weekly and monthly corporate sales status reports
• Analyse industry trends to identify prospects and opportunities for corporate sales
• Conduct research on potential customers and their disposable income using data mining systems
• Prepare and present sales reports, contractual documentation, and status updates in line with MTN quality standards
• Manage virtual teams to log customer requests, queries, and complaints, and escalate where necessary
• Develop knowledge of customers’ industry environment, business drivers, and operational challenges to provide suitable solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, including senior level executives
• Support customers in understanding MTN data products and services and their value propositions

Education

• First Degree in a related discipline
• Fluency in English

Experience

• 3 to 7 years of work experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a specialised area with experience working with others
• Experience working in a medium sized organisation
