Account Partner – EBU Sales Enterprise Business at MTN Nigeria

MTN Nigeria is recruiting for the position of Account Partner in the Enterprise Business Unit Sales team. The role involves providing account management support for enterprise sales strategy and executing sales activities for assigned corporate accounts in line with agreed development plans and performance targets.

• Support the development and execution of enterprise solutions sales strategies and plans
• Manage enterprise sales activities for assigned corporate accounts in line with operational revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets
• Increase MTN market share through acquisition of new accounts and management of existing accounts
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to bill delivery
• Identify new business opportunities from existing and potential clients
• Conduct research on potential customers using available data mining systems
• Perform ongoing industry analysis to identify new sales opportunities
• Prepare and present corporate sales reports and contractual documentation in line with MTN standards
• Record customer service requests, queries, and complaints, and escalate when necessary
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through understanding client business environments and needs

• First Degree in a related discipline
• Experience working in a medium sized organization
• 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a specialized area, including supervisory experience
• Experience working in an internal audit function
