Social media commentator and influencer, Martins Otse aka VeryDarkman has insisted that he will not apologise to business mogul, Obi Cubana.
The vocal critic declined to delete a post wherein he blasted Obi Cubana for throwing a shade at him via his Instagram page earlier in the week.
It may be recalled that the hotelier had cautioned blogs against posting about young people who made disrespectful comments about their elders.
Obi wrote; “Dear blogs, pls stop giving visibility to youth insulting elders! You enable them! We can’t continue to enable rubbish!!! Stop, pls!”
VDM received the sub which was made after he shared his post-Davido wedding observation and rants. He accused Obi Cubana of not helping youths in society.
Amid the exchange, blogger and mutual friend, Tunde Ednut intervened and asked him to delete the post for peace to reign but Verydarkman refused, saying he’d rather die than apologise or delete it.
In a video posted online, VDM also threatened to share chats from anyone who tries to intervene on behalf of Obi Cubana, stressing that he only worships his ancestors and God, not money or men.
He wrote; “With all due respect, @mazitundeednut I know I’m not supposed to post this but at this point, this is a warning that anybody that calls me in respect of anyone, I will post your chats.
It’s craazy how the world didn’t drag Tunde Ednut when their billionaire threw his shot but when I responded, una start to drag the innocent man. Anyways, if anybody needs an apology the person should apologize to me first. I don’t worship money, I don’t worship man. I worship my ancestors and God. Peace out, ALUTA CONTINUA”.
