Brokenness shouldn’t make you accept offers that come with disrespect – Kanayo O. Kanayo

Veteran Nollywood actor, Kanayo O. Kanayo, has advised the public not to allow anybody disrespect them no matter how broke they are.

The filmmaker sent the message via his Instagram page just days after his clash with Angel Unigwe’s mother over breach of contract.

Kanayo warned his followers never to accept offers that come with disrespect, regardless of their financial situation.

He wrote; “NO MATTER HOW BROKE YOU ARE, Learn not to accept OFFERS THAT COME WITH DISRESPECT.”

Reacting, Mambilla Interiors wrote; Fact. But the advice is not for an empty stomach person o.

King Nitro76 wrote; So make hunger kill me because offer wey go give me food come with disrespect. Shey if I no broke, them no go disrespect me na, so na myself I blame to be broke.

The disrespect was just a due you had to pay by enduring. Later, y’all will say we should throw pride away if we want to make it.

A Nigerian man based in the United States, Daniel Tanimawo, has said women should not be submissive to a partner in poverty.

The software engineer gave the condition of them to submit to their man, which is that he should be a good husband that gives them something of value.

In a post on Facebook, he however stressed that any lady who is not ready to submit in marriage should stay single.

Daniel wrote; “If you have a good husband, submit to him as long as he gives you something worth submitting to (VALUE). If you can’t submit, stay single. I’m not here for TOXIC FEMININITY.

“You don’t command a woman into submission. You give her something worth submitting to. No woman should submit to pain and poverty.”
