Dancehall and Reggae artiste, Cynthia Morgan has said it should be a criminal offence for two financially, broke people to date each other.
She advanced the argument via her Instagram story, where she wondered why people take it personal when others opine that men shouldn’t be broke and dating.
The ‘Don’t Break My Heart’ crooner went on to outline the three categories of brokenness that exists her book, which are; spiritual, mental and financial.
Cynthia Morgan said men are natural providers, and it should not be argued, however, if a guy finds a woman who accepts him in his broke state, then it is fine.
She wrote; “Not sure why people take it personal when they say men shouldn’t be broke and dating. Firstly I will like to state that there are three types of brokenness, 1, financial brokenness, mental brokenness and spiritual brokenness.
“But let me expatiate on the financial brokenness. Men are natural providers. If you’re lucky to find a woman that doesn’t mind cool. But two financially, spiritually and mentally broke people dating should be a crime in my opinion”.

He wrote: “Some reasons you should avoid dating broke people, starting from the fact that they are not supportive; they are also draining and lack gratitude irrespective of what you do for them.
They almost always have a Sense of Entitlement, They expect 24 hours attention. There are tons of smart, hardworking people out there ready to mingle. So why settle for the broke people??”
