Nigerian media personality and actor, Teju Oyelakin, professionally known as Teju Babyface, has revealed that he made advances at popular actress Mercy Aigbe in the past.
The TV host made this revelation while having a chat with actress, Stella Damasus during a recent episode of his podcast.
He revealed that he had a crush on her when they were both studying at the University of Lagos, but he was about two years ahead of her. He said Mercy liked him a lot and they used to hang out in UNILAG.
Teju mentioned that he had a picture they both snapped in front of the Art Theater that he wanted to show her now that they are celebs, but someone stole the photograph.
Damasus also interjected and disclosed that she and Mercy were both in the Department of Theatre Arts at the revered institution.
Teju said; “I have a picture of me and Mercy Aigbe when she was in UNILAG. I used to toast Mercy because I was about two years ahead of her and she liked me, she really liked me.
“We used to hangout, so we took a picture in front of the Arts Theatre, and somebody shamelessly stole that picture. I was gonn show Mercy someday.”

Award-winning actress, Mercy Aigbe has revealed that despite her busy schedule, she finds time to cook for her husband, Kazim Adeoti amongst other wifely duties.
The mother of three said whenever she is not around, her husband and kids usually miss her, so anytime she returns home, she tries to make them appreciate her presence and one way she ensures that, is to prepare sumptuous meals for them.
Aigbe said; “In recent times, people are starting to see that other side of me, because I am influencing for a brand which entails me cooking, and doing some domestic activities. Before now, I never used to put things like that on social media, but now, because of the brand I am influencing for, I have to do that.
Of course, I cook for my husband. I do my wifely duties. Whenever I am at home, I always want everyone, including my husband and kids, to feel and appreciate my presence. Whenever I am at home, everybody is happy. And when I am not around, they miss me so much. I always make sure my family enjoys good food, and other beautiful moments with them.
Love will make one do many things. The people that are saying things like that don’t love their partners. If one loves the person one is with, one would be submissive. One would want to do everything to please one’s hubby, and that includes being submissive. Regardless of one’s status, one’s husband is one’s leader.”
