Frodd announces plans to open foundation for single mothers

Former contestant of Big Brother Naija “All Stars”, Chukwuemeka Okoye alias Frodd, has announced plans to set up a non-profit organisation which would cater to the welfare of single mothers and children.

The reality TV star, who was evicted from BBNaija on Sunday, disclosed the decision in an interview with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, which was posted on Africa Magic YouTube channel on Monday.

The father of one added that the foundation will also address the welfare of children and needy people in in the society.

Frodd said: “I want to open a welfare organisation, an NGO that would be able to cater for, I would like to say, single mums, children and people who need help just because of how my foundation was. But it’s inclusive of everybody, but the core will be women and children.”

Twitter user, Daniel Regha challenged Disc Jockey and producer, Florence Otedola aka DJ Cuppy to account for the billions of naira donated to her foundation.

The Influencer took it upon himself to call out the popular DJ after she posted a fan-friendly picture of herself on the microblogging platform.

Cuppy shared a picture which showed her rocking a new dress and she captioned: “You didn’t sneeze but I blessed your timeline.”

In reaction, Daniel Regha known for often criticising celebrities recalled that she received huge donations to her foundation in 2019. He queried the billionaire heiress for her alleged inability to account for the billions of Naira.

He also reminded the ‘Gelato’ crooner about a pledge she made that Cuppy Foundation will sort out the tuition of some students, which she is yet to fulfil.

He wrote; “Cuppy, you are yet to account for the billions donated to the Cuppy Foundation since 2019. Also, keep in mind that the pledge you made to assist students hasn’t been fulfilled. People might have overlooked it, but the public hasn’t forgotten. Do the needful. Nice outfit by the way”.
