Big Brother Naija ‘Level Up’ star, Chinenyenwa Desire Okoebor popularly known as Chichi has dragged her colleague, Josephina Otabor aka Phyna, to court for alleged defamation of character.
She is suing Phyna over the recent claim she made during the BBNaija reunion show that Chichi fled from her marital home.
The season 7 winner said the ex-stripper abandoned her husband and two children in Benin and it led to the death of one of the children.
She also accused the exotic dancer of poisoning her friend in Cyprus before returning to Nigeria.
In the lawsuit which highlighted some comments made by Phyna, Chichi is demanding N100 million for damages.
She described the allegations as untrue, slanderous, and malicious to her brand. The BBNaija star also demanded a public apology publicly from Phyna for all she said.

Chichi, while appearing on the reunion show, denied that she is married with children.
In January 2023, some photos of Chichi with a man and baby made the rounds online and it was alleged that they were her family.
But Chichi clarified the man in question is her father’s youngest brother, so she does not know where people got the perception that he is her husband.
